The CITY OF CLEVELAND will receive sealed bids for the Cherokee Hotel Abatement and Demolition until 2:00 P.M. EST, on April 11, 2023, at the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.  Any bid received after the date and time specified shall not be considered.  

Bid documents for the project may be obtained from Kristi Powers, Budget/Purchasing Coordinator at the Cleveland Municipal Building, 190 Church Street, N.E., Cleveland, Tennessee.  Ms. Powers can be contacted at (423) 339-0260.

Bids must be sealed, plainly marked “BID – Cherokee Hotel Abatement and Demolition” and mailed or delivered to City of Cleveland, Attention: Kristi Powers.
