Design Services for 

Cleveland Sports Events and Aquatics Center

The City of Cleveland in conjunction with Sports Facilities Company invites qualified companies to submit statements of qualifications (SOQs) to provide design services for the Cleveland Sports Events and Aquatics Center. The City is seeking a uniquely qualified design firm with experience working with municipalities and other governmental entities that will design and provide construction administration, and additional services as necessary to make the proposed Cleveland Sports, Events, and Aquatics Center a City of Cleveland gold-standard destination multi-sports venue.

Qualifications are to be submitted electronically by email to the City of Cleveland Purchasing Department by March 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM, ET, to the attention of Kristi Powers,  .
